Action Control Permissions
Action Control Permissions allow administrators to manage and assign permissions for various actions to different roles within the system. This is presented in a board-like structure where actions are displayed in rows and permission sets are displayed in columns.
Permissions Board Structure
Layout
- Actions: Each action available in the system is represented as a row.
- Permission Sets: Each permission set within the system is represented as a column.
- Board Structure: The intersection of actions and permission sets allows administrators to assign or modify permissions for each role.
Assigning Permissions
Navigate to the Action Control Permissions Page:
- The permissions board is displayed with actions as rows and permission sets as columns.
Assign Permissions:
- Click on the intersection cell of an action row and a permission set column to toggle the permission.
- A checkmark indicates that the permission is granted for that action under the selected permission set.
Save Changes:
- After configuring the permissions, click the "Save" button to apply and save the changes.
- The system will update the permissions accordingly.
