Access Manager for Workflows and Triggers
Access Manager allows users to manage access to workflows and triggers for different users and roles. Users can grant or revoke access to ensure proper permissions and control.
Background
Authorized users can:
- View all workflows and triggers.
- Grant access to workflows and triggers for all users, specific roles, or specific users.
- Revoke access from workflows and triggers.
View Access Manager
Description: Allows users to view and manage access settings for workflows and triggers.
Effect: Users can see all workflows and triggers along with their current access settings and modify them as needed.
Grant Workflow Access to All Users
Authorized users can grant access to a workflow for all users.
Info:
- User: Alice Johnson
- Page: Workflow Builder -> Access Manager
- Action Steps:
- Select the "Monthly Reporting" workflow
- Select "All Users"
- Click on "Grant Access"
- Outcome: All users will have access to the "Monthly Reporting" workflow.
Permissions
Grant Workflow Access to a Specific Role
Authorized users can grant access to a workflow for a specific role.
