System Generation Process
Viewing System Generation Page with No Prompt History
On the System Generation page, if there is no prompt history, users will see a message saying "No system generated" along with some example prompts displayed in the middle of the screen.
Using Example Prompts
Users can click on an example prompt, which will fill the prompt box with that example prompt.
Generating a System with a Valid Prompt
- Enter a valid prompt in the prompt box, ensuring it is within the limit of 1000 tokens.
- Click the "Generate System" button.
- A progress bar will indicate that the model is loading.
- The output will be categorized as "Generated System," "Suggestion," or "Chitchat."
- The generated system will appear on the right-hand side of the screen with an expiry counter starting from 6 hours.
Locking a Generated System
Users can lock a generated system by clicking the "Lock" button, which will lock the system.
Opening a Generated System without Locking
Users can open and view a generated system without locking it by clicking on the system.
Viewing Prompt History
On the System Generation page, users can navigate to the prompt history page to see a list of all past prompts along with the count of prompts.
Collapsing and Expanding the Right-Hand Side of the Screen
Users can collapse and expand the right-hand side of the screen by clicking the respective buttons.
Creating a New System in a New Prompt Box
Users can click the "Create New System" button to open a new prompt box for creating a new system.
Continuing in the Same Prompt Box
Users can continue entering prompts in the same prompt box to generate outputs accordingly.
Refreshing Example Prompts
Users can click the "Refresh Example Prompts" button to see a new set of example prompts in the middle of the screen.
System Management Process
Viewing
1. System Management Page with Different Categories
On the System Management page, users will see tabs for "Active," "Trial," "Archived," and "Expired," along with the count of systems in each category.
2. Active Systems
Clicking on the "Active" tab shows a list of locked systems.
3. Trial Systems
Clicking on the "Trial" tab shows a list of systems that are not locked and are either expired or within the trial period, each with a counter showing the remaining time.
4. Expired Systems
Clicking on the "Expired" tab shows a list of systems that are expired and were not locked within 6 hours of generation.
5. Archived Systems
Clicking on the "Archived" tab shows a list of archived systems, including active systems.
Locking a Trial System
- From the "Trial" tab, click the "Lock" button on a trial system.
- Confirm the process, and the system will be transferred to the "Active" tab.
Generating a New System from System Management Page
Clicking the "Try Generating System" button redirects users to the System Generation page.
Creating a New System
- Click the "Create System" button to open a modal with fields for the system name.
- Enter the name and click "Save" to create a new system and list it in the appropriate category.
Searching for a System by Name
- Enter a system name in the search box.
- Click the search button to see the systems that match the search criteria.
Filtering Systems by Date Range
- Select a date range.
- Click the filter button to see systems generated within that range.
Viewing System Count in Each Category
Users can see the count of systems in the "Active," "Trial," "Archived," and "Expired" tabs.
Editing a System
- Click the "Edit" button for a system to open a modal with current system details.
- Update the details and click "Save" to update the system accordingly.
Deleting a System
- Click the "Delete" button for a system to show a confirmation message.
- Upon confirming, the system is deleted from the list, and the system count in the respective category is updated.
