Dalfin System Generation & Management Guide


System Generation Process

Accessing System Generation

  • Navigate to the System Generation page.
  • Users can provide a project idea using three input methods:
System generation input methods

1. Text Input

  • Enter your system description (max 1000 tokens).

Examples:

  • Build an Asset Management and Operations System
  • Create a Project Tracker System
  • Develop a Task Management Platform with Analytics

2. Voice Input

  • Click the microphone icon to provide a spoken prompt.

3. Upload Documents

  • Drag & drop files or click to upload (max 2 MB per document).

Generating a System

Generate System

  1. Provide a prompt using any input method.
  2. Click the Generate System button.
  3. A progress bar will indicate the system is being generated.

Review Proposed System Plan

  • Dalfin presents a proposed system plan after generation:
    • Click View Specification to review full details.
    • Click Approve Plan to start the system build.
    • Or request changes before approval.

System Build & Opening

  • After approval, the system build begins automatically.
  • The generated system opens immediately on the right-hand panel.

System Ready

  • Click the Open System button to view the fully generated system.

Example Response:
Modules such as Asset Management, Operations Management, User Management, Inventory, Maintenance, Analytics & Reporting, and System Settings are generated automatically.
After approval, the system is fully generated and ready for review and configuration.

Managing Prompt History

  • View Past Prompts: Access all previous prompts with counts.
  • Continue Existing Prompt: Add new prompts in the same box to generate updates.

System Management Process

Overview of System Categories

On the System Management page, users will see a menu icon with the following options:

  • Open System: Fully generated and approved systems ready for use.
  • Rename: Systems where the name can be updated or edited.
  • Duplicate: Systems copied from existing ones for reuse.
  • Delete: Systems that can be removed from the management list.
System management options

Searching, Filtering, and Editing Systems

  • Search by Name: Enter the system name → click Search.
  • Filter by Date Range: Select dates → click Filter.
  • Edit System: Click Edit → update details → click Save.
  • Delete System: Click Delete → confirm deletion.
⚠️

Deleted systems cannot be recovered. Use Archive to preserve records.


Recommended Workflow

  1. Enter Prompt → provide your project idea (text, voice, or upload).
  2. Generate System → wait for AI to build the system.
  3. Review Plan → view specification and Approve Plan.
  4. Open System → system ready for use.
  5. Manage in System Management → edit, filter, duplicate, or archive.

This workflow reflects the new Dalfin interface: interactive, flexible, and suggestion-free by default.
