Registration process

Registration Process

Choose Plan

Navigate to the Register Page

On the Register page, users can choose a plan.

Paid Plans

  1. Click "Get Started".
  2. Read "User Agreement and Privacy Policy".
  3. Click "I Agree" to continue to payment page.

Payment

On the Register page, users must accept Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Security Policy. Upon acceptance, users are redirected to the Stripe payment page.

Cancel Acceptance: If users cancel acceptance of Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Security Policy, they remain on the Register page.

Complete Subscription Payment

  1. On the Stripe payment page, users fill in package details, duration, amount, and payment information.
  2. Upon successful payment, users are redirected to the Register page with a success message.

Payment Failure: If payment fails, users are redirected to a failure page.

Email Confirmation of Subscription

  1. After successful subscription, users provide their email address.

  2. They receive an email with the invoice and registration URL.

Signup

Fill Signup Form Without Verified Payment: Users attempting to fill out the signup form without verified payment cannot proceed.

Restrict Signup Within Same Session: Users who have already signed up in the same session are restricted from signing up again.

Fill Signup Form with Valid Details

  1. With verified payment, users fill out the signup form with their organization, domain/username, email, country, and phone number.
  2. Verify the captcha and submit.
  3. They receive a success message and an email with the change password URL.

Error Messages on Invalid Form Submission: Users submitting the signup form with invalid details see clear error messages indicating the issues.

Set Password

Users receiving a change password link via email are redirected to the change password page upon clicking it.

Set New Password

  1. On the change password page, users enter and confirm a password meeting specified criteria.
  2. Submit and see a success message with a login page redirection button.

Password Mismatch Error: Users entering mismatched passwords see an error message indicating the mismatch.

Invalid Password Criteria: Users entering a password not meeting the criteria see an error message indicating unmet criteria.

View Privacy Policy

Click the "Privacy Policy" link to be redirected to the Privacy Policy.

View Terms and Conditions

Click the "Terms and Conditions" link to be redirected to the Terms and Conditions.

Find My Domain

  1. On the "Find My Domain" page, users enter their organization name.
  2. Click "Find My Domain".
  3. See the domain name in the results if found and can click to be redirected to the corresponding domain.

No Domain Found

If the entered organization name or registered email does not match any domain, users see a "No domain found" message.
