Package Manager
Overview
As an organization owner, you can manage the active plan, view package details, and handle subscription changes through the Package Manager. This section provides details on how to view plan information, handle subscriptions, and manage package upgrades and downgrades.
Viewing Active Plan Details
When logged in as an organization owner and on the Package Manager page:
- You will see the active plan details including the start date, expiry date, and package tracking information.
- A list of all systems will be displayed, showing the number of menus, windows, and AI models associated with each system.
- Only locked systems will be shown in the package tracking section.
Viewing All Available Packages
To view all available packages:
- Log in as an organization owner and navigate to the Package Manager page.
- Click on "View All Packages."
- A list of all available packages will be displayed.
Managing Subscriptions
Cancelling Subscription with Correct Password
To cancel your subscription:
- Ensure you are logged in as an organization owner and are on the Package Manager page.
- Click on "Cancel Subscription."
- You will be prompted to enter your password.
- Enter the correct password.
- The subscription will be cancelled, and you will receive a confirmation message indicating the cancellation.
Cancelling Subscription with Incorrect Password
If you enter an incorrect password:
- Log in as an organization owner and go to the Package Manager page.
- Click on "Cancel Subscription."
- Enter your password when prompted.
- If the password is incorrect, an error message will be displayed, and the subscription will not be cancelled.
Upgrading or Downgrading Plans
To upgrade your plan:
- Log in as an organization owner and navigate to the Package Manager page.
- Click on "Upgrade Plan."
- You will be redirected to the Stripe payment page to complete the upgrade process.
Package Tracking
In the package tracking section:
- Only locked systems will be listed.
- Details for each system will include the number of menus, windows, and AI models.
