Audit Logs

Overview

As an organization owner, you can view and filter audit logs to monitor all activities, including login, logout, create, update, and delete actions. The audit logs provide detailed information about these activities.

Viewing Audit Log History

When logged in as an organization owner and on the Audit Logs page:

  1. You will see a list of audit logs with the following details:
    • Name: The name of the individual or system performing the action.
    • Timestamp: The date and time when the action occurred.
    • Location of Access: The physical or virtual location from which the action was performed.
    • Action: The type of action performed (e.g., login, logout, create, update, delete).
    • Module: The module within the system where the action took place.
    • IP Address: The IP address from which the action was performed.
    • Latitude: The latitude coordinate of the access location.
    • Longitude: The longitude coordinate of the access location.
    • Map: A visual map showing the latitude and longitude of the action.

Filtering Audit Logs

By Date

To filter audit logs by date:

  1. Ensure you are logged in as an organization owner and are on the Audit Logs page.
  2. Select a date range for filtering.
  3. Click the filter button.
  4. The audit logs within the selected date range will be displayed.

By Action

To filter audit logs by specific actions:

  1. Log in as an organization owner and navigate to the Audit Logs page.
  2. Filter the logs by action:
    • Login/Logout Logs: Select "login" or "logout" to view records related to user logins and logouts.
    • Create Records Logs: Select "create" to view records where new entries or items were created.
    • Update Records Logs: Select "update" to view records where existing entries or items were updated.
    • Delete Records Logs: Select "delete" to view records where entries or items were deleted.

Viewing Detailed Log Entries

View Map for a Log Entry

To view the map for a specific log entry:

  1. Log in as an organization owner and go to the Audit Logs page.
  2. Click on a log entry.
  3. A detailed view including a map showing the latitude and longitude of the action will be displayed.

View Detailed Log Entry

To view detailed information for a specific log entry:

  1. Ensure you are logged in as an organization owner and are on the Audit Logs page.
  2. Click on a log entry.
  3. The detailed information will be shown, including name, timestamp, location of access, action, module, IP address, latitude, longitude, and a map.
