Default Invoice Templates
You have the option to use one of the six provided invoice templates. These templates cover a range of standard formats suitable for various invoicing needs.

If the default templates do not meet your requirements, you can create a custom invoice template also. Here's how
Customization Fields
You have several fields that you need to fill to generate your invoice:
- Headers: Add and position header information.
- Details: Include details such as client information, invoice number, and date.
- Tables: Insert tables for itemized lists and services.
- Calculations: Add sections for calculations like subtotal, tax, and total amount.
- Signatures: Include signature fields for authorization and approval.
- Remarks: Add any additional remarks or notes.
- Due Date: Specify the due date for the invoice payment.
- Upload Documents: Attach any necessary documents to the invoice.
- Invoiced To (Customer Name): Enter the name of the customer being invoiced.
- To (Email): Add the email address of the recipient.
- Upload Signature: Upload a signature for the invoice.
- Table of Items: Include a detailed table of items or services provided.
Preview and Send Invoices
Select the Invoice Template:
Go to the preview section and select the invoice template you want to preview.
To ensure your custom invoice looks as intended, you can preview it
Preview the Invoice:
The selected invoice template will be displayed, allowing you to review its layout and content.
After confirming the invoice details in the preview, you can proceed to send it
Send the Invoice:
Use the send option to distribute the invoice to the intended recipients.
