Alert Message Event Setup

The Alert Message Event feature allows users to configure events that display alert messages with customizable settings. This feature supports various types of alert messages, positions, and autoclose delays to meet different notification needs.

Users can configure alert messages to appear in different positions, with various types and autoclose delays. This flexibility helps in delivering timely and relevant notifications to users.

Configuring an Alert Message Event

Configure Alert Message Event with Default Type

To set up an "Alert Message" event with the default type:

  1. Position: Specify where the alert message will appear on the screen.
  2. Type: Choose the alert type. For default messages, select "default."
  3. Autoclose Delay: Set the duration (in milliseconds) after which the alert message will automatically close.
  4. Alert Message: Enter the content of the alert message.

Steps:

  1. Alice Johnson is setting up an "Alert Message" event.
  2. Enter the following configuration:
    • Position: top-right
    • Type: default
    • Autoclose Delay: 5000 ms
  3. Enter the alert message content:
    • Alert Message: Default Message
  4. Save the configuration.

Outcome: The Alert Message event will be configured with the specified position, type, autoclose delay, and message content.

Configure Alert Message Event with Success Type

To set up an "Alert Message" event with the success type:

  1. Position: Specify where the alert message will appear on the screen.
  2. Type: Choose the alert type. For success messages, select "success."
  3. Autoclose Delay: Set the duration (in milliseconds) after which the alert message will automatically close.
  4. Alert Message: Enter the content of the alert message.

Steps:

  1. Alice Johnson is setting up an "Alert Message" event.
  2. Enter the following configuration:
    • Position: top-center
    • Type: success
    • Autoclose Delay: 3000 ms
  3. Enter the alert message content:

  4. Alert Message: Enter the content of the alert message.

    • Position: bottom-left
    • Type: error
