Row Actions
Row Actions are features that affect individual rows within the table. These actions typically appear in the kebab (three-dot) menu for each record. The available Row Actions are:
Archive
Marks the record as deleted and moves it to the archive section.
The record will no longer appear in the main table view but can be accessed from the archive section.
Draft
Marks the record as a draft, indicating it is not yet finalized.
The record will be moved to the draft section and will not be included in the final or active views.
Comment Row
Allows users to add comments to a specific record.
Comments will be visible in the record’s details, providing additional context or information.
Copy Content
Copies the content of the record to the clipboard.
Users can paste the copied content elsewhere, such as in another application or document.
Discussion Forum
Opens a chat-like forum where users can add messages and attachments related to the record.
Enables collaborative discussions and the sharing of files related to the record.
Duplicate
Creates a copy of the record with the same data.
The new record will appear in the table with identical details, allowing for easy replication.
Edit Value
Provides an option to edit the value of the record directly.
Users can modify the record’s data and save the changes.
Generate QR
Generates a QR code for the record.
The QR code can be used for quick access or identification of the record.
Manage Schedule
Allows users to add schedules or appointments related to the record.
The schedule will appear in the main calendar, helping users track important dates and events.
Share
Provides options to share the record with others.
Users can share the record via various methods, such as email or direct links.
Verify
Marks the record as verified, indicating it has been reviewed and confirmed.
The record’s status is updated to reflect its verified status.
Delete (Default)
Permanently removes the record from the table.
The record is deleted and cannot be recovered from the table view.
Edit (Default)
Allows users to edit the record’s details.
Users can modify and update the record as needed.
View (Default)
Provides a detailed view of the record’s information.
Users can see all the details and attributes of the record.
These Row Actions allow users to manage individual records effectively and perform various operations directly from the table interface.
