You have several components that you can drag and drop to customize your invoice:

  • Headers: Add and position header information.
  • Details: Include details such as client information, invoice number, and date.
  • Tables: Insert tables for itemized lists and services.
  • Calculations: Add sections for calculations like subtotal, tax, and total amount.
  • Signatures: Include signature fields for authorization and approval.
  • Remarks: Add any additional remarks or notes.

Steps to Create a Custom Invoice

Drag and Drop Components:

  • Select the components you want to include in your invoice from the customization options.
  • Drag and drop each component to the desired position on the template.

Save the Template:

  • Once you have positioned all the components, save your template by giving it a unique name.

This customization process allows you to tailor your invoices to your specific needs, ensuring that all necessary information is clearly presented and professionally formatted.
