Overview

Dalfin Version 3.0.0 introduces a revamped Workflow Builder and the powerful View Manager, enhancing data visualization and workflow automation. Organization Config has new tools like Domain Manager and DB Backup & Restore for managing domains and databases. AutoML also includes new machine learning models for recommendation, clustering, and time series forecasting.

Workflow Builder

  • Enhanced Workflow Events: New event types for building sophisticated workflows:

    • Pipeline Event: Organize processes into sequential stages.
    • Calculation Event: Execute custom calculations within workflows.
    • Filter Event: Apply filtering logic for conditional actions.
    • ChatGPT Event: Integrate AI-powered responses and actions directly in workflows.
    • Workflow Logger: Log workflow activities, errors, or other details, selecting from options like info, error, access, security, or performance, and configure the log format using JSON.
    • Retrieve Events: Includes events like retrieving user, department, role, country, and organization information for display or processing.
    • Record Information: Retrieve specific data by record ID from the database, with options to pull from the current record, user-selected input, constants, or previous nodes.
  • Improved UI/UX: Redesigned layout for intuitive navigation and workflow configuration.

Window Builder Enhancements

  • Conditional Rendering: Display components conditionally based on specified criteria, allowing for dynamic window content.
  • Quiz: Add interactive quizzes to gather feedback or test user knowledge within the window.
  • Public Share: Enable windows to be publicly accessible, allowing sharing of data or resources with external users.

View Manager

The new View Manager offers a variety of layout options for organizing and visualizing data:

  • Accordion View: Display data in expandable sections.
  • Blog View: Present information in a blog-style format.
  • Table View: Arrange data in a tabular format for quick analysis.
  • Calendar View: Manage dates, events, and schedules visually.
  • Gantt View: Visualize project timelines with Gantt charts.
  • Milestone View: Track key milestones.
  • Reminder View: Set reminders and notifications for tasks.
  • Timeline View: Display sequential events.
  • Column View: Arrange content in columns.
  • Grid View: Organize data in a structured grid.
  • Grid List View: Combine grid structure with list details.
  • Masonry View: Responsive masonry-style grid for items.
  • Slideshow View: Present content as a slideshow.
  • Kanban View: Use a Kanban board for task management.

Organization Configurations

  • Domain Manager: Manage custom domains, view default domains, track provider usage, and add custom domains. Once verified, custom domains can be set as default for accessing the system and email communication. Activation costs $5 USD/month per domain.

  • DB Backup & Restore: Set up periodic backups, create manual backups, and restore databases. Backups are timestamped, and restore actions pause system activity briefly. A log tracks all backup and restore operations.

System Configurations

  • Public Registration: The system now supports public registration, allowing users to sign up directly and access the platform. This feature simplifies onboarding for new users and can be enabled from the system config.

AutoML Enhancements

  • New Machine Learning Models: The AutoML module now includes models for enhanced data analysis:
    • Recommendation Model: Suggest items based on user preferences and behavior.
    • Clustering Model: Group similar data points, useful for customer segmentation.
    • Time Series Model: Forecast and analyze trends, useful for predicting sales, stock prices, or demand.
