Extend User to Other System Event
The Extend User to Other System Event allows administrators to extend user access to additional systems while defining roles.
Steps

Title & Description
- Enter a meaningful title and description for the event.

User Selection
- Choose the user to be extended.
- Selection can be based on:
- Constant: A fixed user.
- Data Carry: User data carried from a previous workflow step.

Target System Selection
- Choose from a list of available systems where the user needs to be extended.

Role Assignment
- Select the roles that the user will have in the selected system.
Actions
- Submit: Confirm and execute the user extension.
- Cancel: Discard changes.
